2. Pricing and Product Information
- Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy; however, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- VAT: All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of 15% VAT unless otherwise stated for bulk industrial quotes.
- Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual packaging.
3. Payment Terms
- We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card (3D Secure), Instant EFT, and traditional Bank Transfers (EFT).
- Orders will only be processed and dispatched once funds have cleared in our bank account.
- Payment Security: All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways (e.g., PayFast or Peach Payments). We do not store your credit card information.
4. Orders and Cancellations
- Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to any customer for any reason.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it enters the “Dispatched” stage. Once a hazardous material shipment is in transit, cancellation may incur a recovery fee.
