Payment Policy

At Brand Chemical Supplies, we provide secure and flexible payment options for our industrial and laboratory clients across South Africa. To ensure your security, all transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-leading payment gateways.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment for online and bulk orders:

Credit & Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard (processed via secure 3D Secure authentication).
Instant EFT: Secure, real-time electronic funds transfer via PayFast or Ozow.
Manual EFT (Bank Transfer): For large-scale industrial orders or account-holding clients.
- Note: Goods will only be dispatched once the payment reflects in our bank account.
Company Purchase Orders: Only available for pre-approved corporate and government accounts with established credit limits.

2. Currency & Pricing

All transactions are processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
The price displayed on the product page includes 15% VAT unless otherwise stated for bulk industrial procurement.
Your total order cost, including shipping and VAT, will be clearly summarized before you finalize your payment.

3. Payment Security

Brand Chemical Supplies does not store your credit or debit card details on our servers. All sensitive data is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.

4. Payment Terms for Industrial Orders

Full Payment: For online retail purchases, payment is required in full at the time of checkout.
Deposits: For specialized or custom chemical formulations, a 50% deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due prior to dispatch.
Interest on Overdue Accounts: For approved credit accounts, late payments may attract interest at 1.5% above the current Prime Lending Rate in South Africa.

5. Billing Information

To avoid delays, please ensure your billing information matches the details on your bank statement. If a payment is flagged for “Fraud Review” by our gateway, we may contact you to verify the transaction before shipping your chemicals.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please refer to our [Refund and Return Policy] for detailed timelines.
