At Brand Chemical Supplies, we stand by the quality of our professional-grade chemical solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days for standard returns, exceeding the minimum requirements to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Return Window

• Standard Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Defective or Damaged Goods: Under the SA Consumer Protection Act, defective industrial chemicals or equipment can be reported for up to 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The product is in its original packaging, unopened, and the factory seal is intact.
• Due to health and safety regulations, opened chemical containers cannot be returned unless the product is proven to be defective upon laboratory analysis.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Exclusions: Custom-mixed chemicals, tinted paints, or specially ordered hazardous substances cannot be returned unless they are materially defective or do not meet the provided Technical Data Sheet (TDS) specifications.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific handling instructions for hazardous materials.
3. Shipping: * Customer Responsibility: For “Change of Mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the courier is licensed to transport the specific chemical class.
   • Our Responsibility: If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or the incorrect item was sent, Brand Chemical Supplies will arrange and pay for the collection.

4. Refund Methods and Timing

• Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, EFT, or PayFast).
• Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. For EFT refunds, please allow an additional 2–3 days for the funds to reflect in your account.

5. Fees

• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns of bulk industrial orders to cover specialized storage and handling costs.
• Defective Items: No restocking or shipping fees will be charged for the return of defective or incorrectly supplied products.

6. Exchanges
